CUSTOMER SUPPORTVälinge is expanding rapidly with unmatched profitability in the flooring industry. We are working intensively with the transformation of the flooring industry from the first generation of mechanical locking systems to the future locking system – the fold down locking. • You could either/or be the contact person for a number of licencees and by that be in charge of that we fulfil the requirements from our licensees and/or a technical expert for various specific technology fields in our operations working with internal or external assignments, e.g. a specific locking system. • You will help the business units to identify and find solutions to the needs of our licensees from a technical and commercial perspective with the aim of extending the license base at our licenses. • You will both manage the implementation of our technologies and in many cases be the actual resource in the implementation, from project management to execution of various tasks, e.g. engineering of locking system, development of technical solutions and training of the people at the licensee. • With the extensive customer contacts or deep technical expertise, you are one of the more important sensors of our organisation in order to verify that we fulfil our licensees’ expectations and that we identify new areas for inventions and business. • As a customer contact, you are in charge of the relationship between Välinge and the licensee. Skills • You have most likely a Masters in mechanical engineering or equivalent knowledge from years of professional experience. • You have a thorough technical understanding and genuine interest in this field. • Business and innovative thinking combined with a professional extrovert manner is vital if you aim for a customer manager position. • We are searching for both young energetic engineers for internal technical support functions, e.g. becoming our technical experts on engineering of mechanical locking and senior people for the management of industrial and commercial implementations projects. • We have an increasing need for logistics support as well, since our supply business is growing of floor components, machines and even flooring itself. This position could be a part time responsibility for purchasing, planning and logistics. Timeschedule Our aim is deal with received applications during week 27.
