INDUSTRIALISATION ENGINEERVälinge is expanding rapidly with unmatched profitability in the flooring industry. We are working intensively with the transformation of the flooring industry from the first generation of mechanical locking systems to the future locking system – the fold down locking. • Your job is to find industrial technical solutions to the demands set by our inventions. It could for instance mean development of certain machines or processes. • You will work hands on with principle engineering, developing and testing of prototypes, project management of technical solutions and start up of machinery. • You will become a technical expert in some fields and will in these fields take part in the customer meetings as well as the installation and implementation at the customer premises. Skills • You have most likely a Masters in mechanical engineering or equivalent knowledge from years of professional experience. • You have most likely worked as a production engineer, ranging from hands on fire fighting with malfunctioning machinery to procurement and installations of new machinery. • It is not unlikely that you are a technical manager in production, who would like to work more with development and less with people management. • Experience in PLC programming of easier prototype solutions is a merit. • You have a thorough technical understanding and analytic mind with a genuine interest in technology, where you have a back bone feeling of the difference between a prototype solution and an industrial solution. Time schedule Our aim is deal with received applications during week 27. If we find your application applicable, we wish to finalize the discussions already during week 28. Our vacation period is then week 29-32, after which we continue our on going search for skilled colleagues that will help us expand to new horizons.
