Välinge and Dehao settle their dispute.

Välinge and Changzhou Dehao Decoration Materials Co Ltd have, following the earlier license termination, entered into settlement negotiations and a new understanding between the companies’ representatives has been found.

Välinge has, as now a new foundation for future co-operation has been established, granted a new world-wide non-exclusive license for laminate to Dehao and welcomes the company back as a licensee.

Välinge and Dehao are confident to achieve a common success on the basis of mutual respect and support.
