Välinge enforces patent rights on Domotex trade fair in Hannover, Germany

Viken, Sweden - January 22, 2010

The District court of Braunschweig served on the 19th of January 2010 a request for preliminary injunction to the Chinese company Jiangsu Sen Hao Shi cork.

Jiangsu Sen Hao Shi Cork is a Unilin Licensee who has not signed a non-assertion agreement with Välinge. The company showed and offered for sale in their Domotex booth, flooring products utilizing technology that Välinge considers infringing its patents.

Välinge will continue to take actions against any patent infringing products that are sold on the market by companies that are doing business without Välinge patent protection.
