Välinge signs 5G agreement with SIHE

Välinge licensee Shanghai New Sihe Wood Co., Ltd signs up to use the 5G technology on it’s wood parquet products.

Välinge and Chinese wood parquet producer Sihe Wood have extended the cooperation by adding a license for Välinge’s 5G fold down system to existing 2G license. Sihe Wood was when signing a license with Välinge in 2005, one of the first Chinese producer to obtain a license for mechanical locking system and is now ready to launch products utilizing the 5G locking system.

Välinge’s 5G fold down system, which is the most used fold down system on the market, utilizes a flexible and displaceable glass fiber reinforced tongue that bends and snaps in the length direction during angling. The 5G technology has been developed considerably during the last years and has become very popular due it’s flexibility and easy installation.

Välinge is pleased to announce Sihe Wood as a new 5G licensee.
