Välinge terminates contractual relationship with licensees

Viken, Sweden - January 11, 2010

Välinge has terminated its license agreements with US company BKR Building Products L.L.C., with the Chinese laminate producers Jiangsu Ouxiang Wansheng Wood Products (Jiangsu Kailai Wood Products), and Changzhou Huatian Wood Industry. All three are terminated due to non-compliance with the contractual provisions of the license agreements.
