Viken, Sweden - January 15, 2010Classen has filed a legal case against Välinge, Shaw and Carpet One in Texas related to fold down technology. This give Välinge the opportunity to show non infringement and to invalidate the Classen US patent.

Välinge terminates contractual relationship with licensees
Viken, Sweden - January 11, 2010Välinge has terminated its license agreements with US company BKR Building Products L.L.C., with the Chinese laminate producers Jiangsu Ouxiang Wansheng Wood Products (Jiangsu Kailai Wood Products), and Changzhou Huatian Wood Industry. All three are terminated due to non-compliance with the contractual provisions of the license agreements.
Kronotex first again to use new Välinge Powder Technology.
Viken, Sweden - January 08, 2010Kronotex is planning to launch the first product range of Wood Fiber Floors based on the Välinge Powder Technology during 2010.
Välinge plans to increase its Wood Fiber Floor production in Viken to more than 10 million m2/year.
