The board of appeal decided today that the european patent EP 855 482 is maintained as decided by the opposition division in the first instance in September 2002. All appeals against the previous decision were dismissed. The decision is final and cannot be appealed by any party.

Nordstjernan har ökat sitt ägande i Välinge till 50 procent genom utnyttjande av optionsavtal med familjen Perván. I december 2002 förvärvade Nordstjernan initialt 23 procent av Välinge och erhöll då även en option med möjlighet att öka ägarandelen till 50 procent.
