Välinge and Unilin have announced that they will cooperate on the holographic L2C label program, which was introduced on Domotex Shanghai of 2012 and already implemented by several manufacturers. The L2C label program, which stands for “license to clic”, was introduced to support the interest of licensed companies and the companies doing business in products manufactured by these companies.

Chinese wood flooring producer HuaNan HeXin Wood Co., Ltd. has signed a license for use of Välinge's mechanical locking systems. Hexin will introduce the 2G locking system on solid wood flooring products.
Välinge is pleased to announce that Skema srl, leading Italian manufacturer of laminate flooring, has decided to introduce the mechanical locking system Fold Down 5G-C and 5G-W from Välinge (by Skema called TLS-5G) on its DPL and HPL laminate floors. Skema now has a global, non-exclusive license agreement.
Välinge Photocatalytic AB (VPAB), a joint venture between Välinge Innovation AB of Sweden and Photocat AS of Denmark, has signed an exclusive license agreement with Lauzon Hardwood Flooring Group of Canada consisting of Lauzon Distinctive Hardwood Flooring Inc. and Parquets Dubeau Ltd. The license agreement gives Lauzon the exclusive manufacturing rights in Canada of their hardwood flooring using the VPAB photocatalytic process technology named ACTiO2 as well as a non-exclusive right to sell these products worldwide.
